Liability/Waivers
We take horse safety seriously and do everything within our power to ensure a positive experience for our participants. However, horsemanship is not without inherent danger. All participants (or parent/guardians) in our programs assume sole responsibility for the inherent risks associated with horsemanship and the property on which the equine activity takes place. We do require participants (or parent/guardians) to sign liability waivers in order to participate in our programs. When you sign up for one of our programs we will send you the correct forms to complete prior to your first lesson. We also have forms available onsite.
Under Oregon law, an equine activity sponsor or professional will not be liable for any injury to or death of participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risk of equine activities.
Payments/Fee Schedule
Payments for all programs are expected in full prior to or at time of service. For monthly packages (e.g. Pony Planet & Therapeutic Riding Lessons) monthly payment is due on the 1st of each month.
We accept cash, check, and credit card payments. Certain programs are subject to payment limitations.
Failure to pay on schedule may result in loss of your appointment and/or termination of service.
