We are offering lessons and fun at Once upon a Horse!

Happy Cowpoke

We took a rest for a while, but Once upon a Horse is now operating out of a neighboring farm called Trillium Creek Training and Rehabilitation Coalition located in the Wilsonville area.

We feel very fortunate to be in such a special and supportive environment. TCTC is a nonprofit volunteer operation that offers a wonderful service to horses and children and adults.

I encourage you to check out their Website and learn more about them.

We at onceuponahorse want to support their efforts in every way possible.

We at onceupon share TCTC efforts to educate and mentor to all those who are enthusiastic about caring and taking care of our wonderful horsey friends.

We are encouraging all who come to join us in our volunteer efforts. It is educational and fun.

This could mean mucking the fields, sweeping or raking the arena sides.

There is so much involved in the caring of horses and this is a very well run facility whose primary goal is to keep the horses healthy and happy and to educate the young horse lover.

If you are interested in this opportunity, add an extra 1/2 hour to any activity and let us teach you the ropes.

We appreciate being in such a wonderful caring and sharing facility.

See you soon,
Susie and once

Once upon a Horse offers children's lessons--private or semiprivate--and field trips, including field trips to the barn for Girl Scouts.

You may arrange classes with Susie by phone (503-502-1719).

Every participant must submit a registration form and a liability release. Print and complete both. Then bring them on the first day of your event or mail it to us:
