WELCOME TO OUR BARN

Once Upon A Horse is a place for children and grownups, horses, and ponies to come together in a safe and fun environment. Some of our programs are for young children between two and ten years of age. We also offer programs for beginners of all ages and for family groups.

Children come to play in the country with animals, to plant gardens, and to romp in fields. They also get to experience the connection with horses that makes any day better. We offer both group programs that introduce horses and horsemanship in a gentle, easy manner as well as private riding lessons for children and adults ready to explore riding more intensely.

Established in 1995, Once Upon A Horse boasts an outstanding safety record and a truly stellar history of providing family fun.

For information or answers to your questions, call us at 503-635-7403 or send us email at onceuponahorse@mac.com. Our programs are also featured in the Parks and Recreation Catalogue for West Linn, Oregon.]

Highlights of the Month

We are currently registering riders for "A Day at the Barn with Horses." Spring break dates include 26-29 March, and Summer days are available for Monday through Thursday June through August.

We are so happy to announce that we have a new barn! And as usual we'll be ridin', ropin' and singin' along with plenty of horsin' round.
The new barn, located in Tualatin in the Stafford area, has two wonderful arenas—one indoor and one out and a beautiful garden.

What's Going On—We are ready for Spring and Summer classes, and we have a new store!
We have Spring Classes up, so check those out so that you can join us in the new barn. If you have a birthday or special day you want to celebrate with us and the horses, let Susie know.

We also want to let you know that our store has moved to a new, easier-to-use site. Click "Store" here or on the menu to the left, and you can visit us there.
